Access to our website

You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Placing an order with us

You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Aqualisa.

As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Change or cancel an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

Security of information

When you order a spare part we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Returns Policy

We will accept parts back as long as they have not been used within the statutory period of 10 days when a full refund will be provided. After this time we reserve the right not to accept parts back.

Parts purchased need to be returned in their original packaging.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We promise to respect and safeguard your personal information. We shall try to ensure that your details are accurate and kept up to date. We set out below how we use this information.

We collect and use personal information to allow us to process orders and to send you information about our products and services. Such information may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details and renewal date(s) as well as your credit or debit card number and expiry date. Where we use your personal details to tell you about other products and services we will give you the opportunity to inform us that you do not wish your details to be used in this way.

For your protection, telephone calls to our customer services department will be recorded and may be monitored. Where appropriate we make checks with a licenced credit referencing agency and a record of any search will be made. We will disclose information about you to regulatory authorities in response to formal requests.

Aqualisa Product Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding security of customer information very seriously.

All of your details will be kept on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. In addition your data is stored behind a firewall on our internal systems, this prevents unauthorised people from gaining access to it.

Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us to prevent unauthorised access.
